Outpatient physical rehabilitation
An outpatient rehabilitation program allows patients to stay at home during their recovery and receive therapy on their schedule. It is usually less intensive than inpatient rehabilitation.

At our facility, we offer three levels of rehabilitation services:

We offer a wide range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to help you recover and increase your independence and functionality.
Physical therapy
Physical therapy helps with your range of motion, balance and overall physical wellness. Our board-certified physical therapists work with the healthcare team at Menorah Medical Center to provide personalized treatments, which may include exercise, manual therapy techniques, sports medicine and pain management.
Occupational therapy
Occupational therapy focuses on improving daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, eating and home management. Occupational therapy is often used to help you with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our department is staffed by board-certified occupational therapists, including certified lymphedema specialists.
Speech therapy
Speech therapy helps you with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing issues and disorders. Our speech-language pathologists first evaluate you before developing a treatment plan that promotes maximum improvement.

To help you recover from certain medical conditions and surgeries, our hospital offers the following specialty programs.
Neurological and stroke rehabs
Menorah is a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center. Through various therapies, our neurological rehab and stroke rehab programs help patients manage chronic or acute conditions affecting the brain or nervous system. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists helps improve physical functioning and well-being through individualized, compassionate care. Our inpatient therapists also work closely with our neurosurgeon and NPs to progress these patients to home.
Cancer rehab
Our rehab specialists collaborate with our oncology care physicians and nurses to offer specialized cancer rehab. Our cancer-focused rehab team understands how a diagnosis of cancer as well as side effects of surgery and treatment change how the body feels and moves. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists helps improve physical functioning and well-being through individualized, compassionate care.
