Belton, MO. — Belton Regional Medical Center — part of HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City’s largest healthcare provider — has named Lindsay Goldammer, RN, MSN, interim chief nursing officer (CNO).
Goldammer brings more than a decade of nursing leadership experience within HCA Midwest Health and returns to Belton Regional Medical center after serving for the past five years as assistant chief nursing officer at Research Medical Center, the health system’s largest and most complex hospital. In that role, she helped lead initiatives focused on quality outcomes, patient experience, and nursing workforce stability.
“Lindsay is a trusted, steady leader who understands both the clinical and human side of nursing,” said Belton Regional Medical Center Chief Executive Officer Todd Krass. “She has a deep connection to this hospital, a proven track record within our health system, and a leadership style that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and support for our nursing teams. We are grateful to have her step into this role during an important time for our organization.”
Goldammer is no stranger to Belton Regional Medical Center. She previously served as director of emergency services and has held the interim CNO role at the hospital, giving her a strong understanding of the facility’s culture, colleagues, and patient community.

A passionate advocate for stroke education and awareness, Goldammer and her husband, Danny — a stroke survivor — are actively involved in the American Heart Association Kansas City Heart & Stroke Walk, helping raise awareness and funds for the cause.
Goldammer holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fort Hays State University and a master’s degree in nursing leadership from Western Governors University.
