I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. The environment was clean and esthetically pleasing, although it was cold! The staff were all very friendly and efficient. They were all appropriately concerned and comforting (I'm a RN, so I don't give kudos unless deserved). The nurses are great. Waiting room comfortable with a charge station and cords for any phone imaginable.
