Dr. Harper is a local graduate of General Surgery Residency at KCU-St. Mary's Medical Center. During residency his accolades included the American College of Osteopathic Surgery Resident Achievement Award, Outstanding Chief Resident, Outstanding Student Educator, and Outstanding Resident Educator.
