Dr. Mowrey is originally from Dallas, Texas. He obtained his medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. His residency in internal medicine was at HCA Midwest Health in Overland Park, Kansas. He completed his fellowship at the University of California Davis, Sacramento, California in Nephrology. Dr. Mowrey has joined Midwest Nephrology Consultants, P.A.
