Dr. Nager earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Initially pursuing a career in preventative medicine, he graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Services. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Cardiology at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan where he attained board certification in both specialties.
