Sara D. Azzam, MD

Dr. Azzam (formerly Dr. Powell) is an Overland Park native who obtained her undergraduate degree at Kansas State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. After completing three years of postgraduate residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, she completed her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Saint Louis University.

Dr. Azzam feels that knowledge, communication and compassion are instrumental in providing quality care for patients. She enjoys treating all aspects of allergic, asthmatic and immunological diseases in children and adults. She welcomes patients of all ages.
