Overland Park, KAN. — Overland Park Regional Medical Center part of HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City’s leading healthcare provider – announced today that Josh Gill has been appointed chief operating officer (COO). Gill will join Overland Park Regional Medical Center in January 2026.
Gill brings extensive experience in healthcare operations and a strong track record of leadership within HCA Healthcare. He joins Overland Park Regional Medical Center from Lee’s Summit Medical Center, where he most recently served as COO and helped guide major strategic initiatives.
During his tenure at Lee’s Summit Medical Center, Gill played a key role in advancing large-scale capital projects, including the opening of the Surgery Center of Lee’s Summit and the hospital’s ongoing $60 million campus expansion. He also partnered closely with clinical and ancillary teams to strengthen patient safety, quality outcomes, and the overall patient experience.
